Wait for the last 5 or 10 seconds, where I use Control to send OSC to trigger MIDI notes on the Jomox.

Sweet dude! That looks like it works really well.
Why were you using TouchOSC for the other interface? Less graphics latency? Don't worry, I promise I won't be offended :)

Haha, that template was finished a long time ago, before I had even heard of Control. Like December or something. But TouchOSC does make it pretty easy to create new layouts with the WYSIWYG editor, I've gotta admit.
I did put a plug for Control into the ML Getting Started video, watch for it around 3:45:
