Hi Control-users. I have been using Control with rtpmidi for windows 7. It works on my own Iphone, but atm. i've burrowed an Ipad from a friend, since i consider buying it myself. But Control will not work with this? It simply does not show up in the rtpmidi directory. It's the original Ipad.
Does anyone know, if the old Ipad is not compatible with Control? Anyone got it working?

I haven't tried this, but I can't imagine why it wouldn't work... unless maybe your iPad is running a really old version of iOS?
it works for me!?
1. disconnect everything and quit Control (+delete from multitasking)
2. disconnect iPad Wifi and reconnect
3. create new session with rtpmidi
4. wait until your ipad is shown in rtpmidi
5. open Cotrol app
6. start your interface
7. go back and select destinations
8. there should be the IP of your session
